Maria Ramos is Innovative Meetings' founder and a certified meeting professional (CMP). Before establishing Innovative Meetings, Maria served in the association industry in marketing and meeting planner capacities. A servant leader in her community and network, Maria has over 20 years in the meetings industry and has produced events, meetings, and conventions spanning the social, medical, and association industries. 

As an independent planner, Maria engages with colleagues throughout the events industry, collaborating on large-scale conventions and events. Known for her extensive project management experience, Maria has systematically created custom planning strategies for all of her clients. Her expertise is in creating and implementing standard operating logistical procedures and for annual events.
